We accept ride requests well in advance. We consider all requests according to the availability of volunteer drivers and vehicles.
You can also spontaneously inquire about available drivers.
First ride 10am
Last ride 8 p.m
We roll on all snow and ice-free days. Please plan all bicycle journeys with generous time buffers. Our drivers do not rush in traffic - for the safety of all road users.

1 - Single, return and round trips with wheelchair bikes.
2 - Joint trips by wheelchair bikes and rickshaws from an established partner association
Unaccompanied adults, accompanied minors. In any weather.
Costs for short-term cancellation
We do not overbook our bicycle rides. Cancellations on short notice mean that another person could not undertake a journey and a driver and vehicle are idling.
We would therefore like to ask you to make your reservation only after careful planning. When booking, please also note that the weather can always change and that you should plan appropriate clothing.
If you repeatedly cancel at short notice, we reserve the right to deprioritise your future booking requests.
Overcoming Multiple Steps or Staircases
VeloTixi drivers are not allowed to transport a wheelchair on staircases or anything that consists of more than a single step. The necessary help to overcome stairs must be organized by the passenger themselves.
Daily Assistance
VeloTixi Züri is a driving service for leisure journeys only. Please understand that our drivers can not provide any further support such as shopping for groceries, carrying luggage, cleaning or dressing a passenger.
